TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPACE RENTAL AT TINKA EDUCENTRE
The venue reserves the right to re-quote and re-assign function space should the number of guests differ from initial confirmed amount or such other reasonable changes from initial proposal. A guaranteed number of attendances will be required seven (7) working days in advance. Any increase must be notified at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the actual date. The billing will be based on the invoice billed.
(The management have rights to cancel the event an any circumstances beyond of management decision. Management is not liable for any expense incurred by client as a result for cancellation.The prior (1) month notice will be serve in event if any cancellation will be made by Management )
Food & Beverages
Food or beverage can be served and prepared by Tinka Educentre or by client and can be consumed on the premises. Similarly, food & beverage left over from an event has to be taken out and cleaned up from the premises after the event.
Backdrop
- The center will arrange a backdrop on your behalf at a minimum Cost. The actual cost can be determined only after we receive a sample copy of your backdrop wording.
- Please send us your artwork at least two (2) weeks prior to the function date, in order for us to make the arrangements for the backdrop.
- Clients may also opt for individual arrangements on the backdrop at no cost.

Promotional materials and displays cannot be posted, tacked, nailed, screwed or attached to column walls, floor or other parts of the building or furniture. Should permission be granted, the organizer shall be responsible for all damages, breakages and clearing of materials and displays
Per-Set & Rehearsal
Early access of 30 minutes for per set-up or rehearsal is subject to room availability of the function space and is chargeable at minimum room rental price or stated otherwise.
Method of Payment
Please be advised that a RM100 deposit of the estimated total cost is required to confirm the function space. The deposit will be used to offset against total charges at the end of the function. Deposits are refundable but can be utilized for future events within six (6) months from date of cancellation.
If the cancellation notice is less than 2 months from the function date, deposit paid will be forfeited.
Upon confirmation of function, full payment schedule shall be as follows:-
Full prepayment of the balance is required to reach us at least 14 working days prior to the function date unless otherwise waived by the center, in which a letter of guarantee in lieu will be required.
For settlement via Stripe using a credit card, MasterCard or visa, we will provide a payment link to clients.

Cancellation
It should be noted that when the center reserves the room accommodation and function space upon confirmation by the Client, the center does so at the exclusion of other business. It should be understood that the cancellation of this agreement will cause the loss of revenues in terms of room rental, sales of food and beverage and other services.
Thus, cancellations of events function space and/or accommodation after confirmation must be advised in writing and the following charges will be applicable:-

Clause / Note
The client shall be responsible for any damage to the furniture and fittings, equipment, crockery and any other items provided by the center in the location.
Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the organizer to ensure that proper security and insurance coverage be arranged for all equipment brought in by the organizer.
The client is aware that it is the sole responsibility of the client to obtain licenses from the appropriate authorities for any public performances including shows, dances, theater production or karaoke video arrangements that may be organized at the function and to comply with the requirements of the license.
The function bills issued by the center will become payable whether the bills have been signed or not by the client after the function.
The client shall thereafter upon signing and returning this copy, will undertake to be responsible for the balance of payment and incidental charges occurred as per agreement.
